Accepting Lows While Getting High

Published by lauragagnon at 9:15 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

So NO I’m not talking about drugs here people! Recently I had a “heated discussion”with someone close to me that left me feeling defeated and, well, low. Self-doubt crept in and I wanted to just give it all up; my goals, my plans and even my ideas for how we can all do this together!Frown

After licking my figurative wounds for a little bit, I slowly came to my senses and here is what my senses told me. I have been riding high, feeling really good about the work that I have accomplished lately. So good that I have eagerly shared it all with you! I did forget one thing. There WILL be bumps in the road along the way. You just cannot let that discourage you from your original goals. As long as YOU believe in what you are doing, keep doing it!

If you ever do experience some self-doubt, as I did, go back and take a look at what you have set as your ultimate goals. Give yourself a refresher on what your dreams are. You CAN do this! Yes we can!!

So I keep on keeping on. I have published two more articles! WooHoo! Take a look, my wonderful readers, and let me know what you think. Please let me know what you think!

So after this experience I can tell you one thing for certain. You have to accept the lows while it feels like you’re riding high. This is YOUR life, don’t let anyone deter you from your dreams. Remember, together we will lead our lives to success!!

Cheers to us,

Laura Laughing

This post makes a really good point and backs up one of my philosophies… “The harder it is to attain your goals the sweeter the prize at the end!”

It’s okay to stumble as long as it’s forward!
